  • Does Burgerama franchise?
    For franchise requests, reach out to us at contactus@burgerama.in
  • Do you cater or take bulk delivery orders?
    Yes, we do! For catering/ bulk orders, please contact us directly through mail at contactus@burgerama.in or DM us on Instagram.
  • Is there a Dine-in?
    Not yet. Burgerama is a cloud-kitchen with burgers that are made-for-delivery. You can place an order online or for pick-up with us at www.burgerama.in.
  • Where can I place an order with Burgerama?
    You can place an order with us through the website www.burgerama.in. Alternatively, you can place an order with us through Zomato and Swiggy as well.
  • What are the acceptable payment methods?
    Payment can be made through Card, Net Banking, Payment Wallets, and UPI.
  • Working at Burgerama looks fun! Where can I apply?
    We are a growing team of passionate and like-minded individuals, always in search of mavericks to join the team. Drop your resume at contactus@burgerama.in if you are as passionate about delivering an authentic cheeseburger experience as we are!
  • I’ve got an allergy to one of the ingredients in the burger, where can I request a customization for my order?
    You can mention any customization requests in the notes section while placing your order. Additionally, if you require further assistance, you can contact us directly using the phone numbers listed on our Google page.
  • Do you use beef?
    No, we do not use beef in our burgers. Instead, we use buff meat as a substitute.
  • Are your veg and non-veg products made with the same equipment and utensils?
    No, our vegetarian and non-vegetarian products are not made using the same equipment and utensils in order to prevent any cross-contamination. We take careful measures to maintain separate equipment and utensils for each type of product.
  • What are the store timings?
    Burgerama stores are open from 11am to 4am.
  • Does Burgerama use Halal?
    Yes, we use halal meat in our products.
  • Do you offer any loyalty or rewards programs for frequent customers?
    Yes, all our customers who order directly through our website are automatically added to our loyalty program. Your points get added to your wallet each time you make a purchase.
  • Are there any coupon codes I can use to avail discounts?
    You can find a few coupon codes listed while you place an order through our website www.burgerama.in. For exclusive discounts and offers, follow us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn..
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
    If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to make changes to your order if it has already been prepared or is in transit.
